Knitting project catch up
Finally updated my Ravelry acct with all my winter projects. Am sharing a few pics here of the highlights, since non-rav users can't see them. If you can, here's a link to my projects page. Took me all night and part of this morning to get everything updated, even with bypassing my fancy Kodak picture software and editing everything in picnik on flickr. (I even ended up upgrading to paid flickr. Picnik is too damn useful and I ran out of bandwidth really fast).
Should you so desire to skip the rambling, the photos are at the end.
I haven't updated my stash. I should; all that's in my stash page now are old balls of weird stuff from JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby, stuff that I wouldn't normally take out and show people to ooh and ahh over because I don't think they're ooh and ahh worthy. The problem with that is that it's really difficult to photograph a ball of yarn in an interesting way. I have this adorable antique table that I just started using, wa> it occurred to me that it was adorable and would make a good photographical surface (an example with some Mulberry Merino). Rummaging through the stash page on ravelry really almost seems like a waste of time. I should just delete everything I don't love and use it to show off a few brands I really really love.
And I need to remember, so this list is for me:
blue and orange bag
Those are all projects I still need to update. *crash*
The Lady Eleanor Entrelac Stole that I knitted for my best friend for the holidays:
The Gryffindor scarf I knitted for my lamentably Gryffindor friend:
My felted pirate hat:
My 'Super Scarf':
And more pics later on. That's enough for now, I think.
